Synopsis

Two orphan children must stand against a nasty couple known as the Twits.

My Thoughts

This move is just unpleasant. I didn't hate it or anything, but boy, it's not good, either.

First of all: This movie is gross. And not the fun kind of gross-out, but just nasty. Like, there's stuff in here that could easily be counted as fetish material (which shouldn't be in children's media).

I also just didn't care less about the stuff with the orphans. It's so painfully generic and just bland. Beesha is likable enough, but she also falls into old tropes and nothing really unique is done with her character. The monkey-things I also couldn't stand. I hate that they're a pretty major part of the movie.

Honestly, the only thing out of this entire movie I found myself weirdly enjoying is the talking frog. Don't ask me why, I genuinely don't know, but I thought he was a fun character. The only character in the movie I at least had some feelings on that aren't just neutral or negative.

So yeah, skip this one. It's mostly just bland and forgettable, with a gross fetishistic edge to it.
